Job description:

The assistant will assist the Office of Health and Wellness in various administrative and creative tasks such as making website updates, creating flyers and reports, preparing surveys, making film clips, among other things. The assistant may also be asked to engage in various research projects for future programming and/or to help staff various programs and events for the Division. Job functions may include other duties as assigned. The assistant will be charged with organizing the storage room as well as the Health Services Clinic.

A Carnegie Mellon Student that possesses:

Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organization skills, punctuality, dependability and self-motivation, trustworthiness with confidential information, and the ability to work independently.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, knowledge of Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred. Familiarity with Content Management Systems for web updates also preferred. Interest in and knowledge of filming and editing.

An interest in the field of student affairs and/or helping their peers maximize their engagement during college is highly encouraged as well.
