Job description:

· Monitoring the delivery of excellent customer service provided by the team, taking steps to ensure the efficient sale of all tickets, items and services via all outlets

· The timely and accurate mailing of all tickets and vouchers

· Ensuring service via all methods offers an equity in ticket availability and pricing and meets agreed standards

· Working to capitalize potential income from each event

· Ensuring accurate accounting of all payments received and items sold, maximizing promoter and Hall revenue

· Ensuring the accurate reconciliation of Box Office monies, investigating anomalies and making recommendations to reduce risk of loss

· Assisting with the settlement of events and cheque reconciliation process when required

· Resolving all accounting queries and errors by working closely with the Finance Department

· Work with the Marketing and Event Managers’ to develop initiatives to maximize revenue and improve relationships with the Hall’s Customers

· Offers a structured development plan for the team to continually update and improve customer service skills and sales expertise. Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications required:

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Proficiency in MS Office applications A proven track record of increasing revenue/sales and standards

· Influencing and negotiating skills

· Experience of managing and leading small team
