Job description:

Essential Functions:

Filing, copying and office administrative duties as assigned.

Maintaining and updating documents and spreadsheets with confidential information.

Create, edit and update fliers and posters for Academic Affairs events.

Qualifications required:

Applicant should be proficient in All Microsoft Office Programs, have a strong attention to detail and be

able to work on special projects independently. The Student Office Assistant will be required to create,

edit and update, spreadsheets, Word documents and create fliers and posters for upcoming events. Will

also assist both the Academic Program Manager and Enrollment Services Manager with duties related to

commencement.
