Job Title: Tour Guide for Seeroo Fi Al Ardh

Job description:
Brief: We are seeking show assistant to join our team. Your main role will be to ensure the Seeroo fi al Ardh art show readiness and accessibility to the public at show time. This includes welcoming the guest, readiness of the location and conduct guided tour.
Roles and duties
- Follow up registration: The show assistant to answer questions of potential attendees and follow up on registration list. If the visitor is not attending then it needs to be added to the list. Generate the list of registered attendees.
- Organize the Event Floor: Secures an event space and makes sure every item as planned for the show.
- Guided tour: Conduct guided tour to the exhibition that is taking place in the same area. The tour to follow the 25 minutes show.

Interpersonal skills: Good communication, which includes excellent presentation and networking skills

Working hours:
4:30pm - 6:30pm
6:30pm - 8:30pm
